Responsible for leading development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and services. Oversees the development, implementation, revisions, evaluations and updating of implementation plans for all training and development programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in managing training, development and implementation programs
  • Minimum 3 years experience at a Director level
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Restaurant operations experience required; management level preferred
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
  • Knowledgeable of the Indesign and related Adobe Application Softwares

Salary Range $80,000 – $90,000 USD
