Now recruiting an Assistant Meat Manager. The candidate must be a qualified butcher with strong leadership skills and managerial level experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on butcher experience in a high-volume food service operation in the wholesale and/or retail meat industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial level experience in the Foodservice Meat Industry.
  • Certificate in Meat Management is preferable
  • Must be self-proficient in maintaining cutting specifications in keeping with US Meat Food Service Buyers Guide.

Salary range is US$67,000 – $85,000 per annum commensurate with experience. An attractive compensation and benefits package (including medical insurance, vacation, and pension) is being offered to the qualified candidate.
